Cancellations and Refunds

bitebop believes in helping its users as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1-2 days of subscribing to or using the chatbot service. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the service has already been provided or used.
  • bitebop does not accept cancellation requests for services that have already been delivered or used. However, a refund or adjustment can be made if the user establishes that the service provided was not as described or did not function as intended.
  • In case of any issues or dissatisfaction with the chatbot service, please report the same to our Customer Service team at contact@bitebop.com within 1-2 days of using the service. The request will be reviewed and an appropriate decision will be made.
  • In case you feel that the service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 day of using the service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of any refunds approved by bitebop, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end user.
